Our Story

Back to the early 2000s...

The friendship of our four co-founders, Maximilian and Tamas routes back to the early 2000s. Max has been a role model for Tamas and his professional journey not only served as inspiration but paved the way for the young Jedi to embark on their multinational career.

While the folks have been living in different countries throughout the years, Maximilian has been mentoring and coaching the co-founder during his toughest professional years.

Introduced to IMX

This was the first time when Tamas have been introduced to the Innermetrix personality test, which laid down the fundaments of their professional and personal development.

The impact on their lives was so significant that they decided: once, they will build a platform that will enable entrepreneurs, co-founders, employees of SMEs, multinationals and startups, to perform better with less effort and simply, live a happier life.

We have “been there, done that”. We know how tough it is at times to maintain mental clarity and still perform well, under extreme pressure, despite all the distraction that surrounds us in today’s World.

Maximilian Malchiner

Having worked as CEO of major multinational organizations in the telecom and media industries, Maximilian has experienced both the sunny and shadow sides of corporate life. This deep understanding of corporate challenges led him to transition into consulting, dedicating himself to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, ensuring they lead both mentally and physically healthy, successful lives.

As a specialist in personality and sportmental psychology, he holds degrees from the University of La Salle, Madrid, and Germany's Academy of Sports. He has coached executive teams of leading global companies in Europe and Asia and certified over 300 coaches and psychologists as Certified Innermetrix Consultants.

Maximilian is well-known for his deep knowledge, dynamic personality, and integrity, which his clients highly appreciate. His global perspective is shaped by living in four countries and mastering five languages. Currently, he resides between Spain and Dubai and cherishes his role as a father of three.

A highly sought-after speaker at major global conferences such as the World Biohack Summit in Dubai and the Erfolgskongress in Germany, Maximilian has addressed audiences of over 40,000 people. His work has been featured in numerous international magazines, newspapers, and TV shows. In 2024, he was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Future by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization.

Maximilian believes in creating a better world through conscious and self-aware living, a philosophy encapsulated in his bestselling books, You Are More! and The Six Pillars of Life.
